Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 15, 2026
1. Introduction
Bizzac LLC ("Bizzac," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and the individuals who interact with our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Bizzac platform, including our website at bizzac.com, our web application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access or use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information. When you register for an account, we collect your full name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). We do not store your password in plain text.
2.2 Business Information. You may optionally provide business details such as your business name, business phone number, and business hours. This information is used to personalise your auto-reply SMS messages.
2.3 Phone Number Data. We assign and manage dedicated phone numbers for your account. We collect and store inbound call records, including the caller's phone number, the date and time of the call, and the content of any auto-reply SMS messages sent in response.
2.4 Payment Information. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. We receive and store only a Stripe customer identifier and transaction reference for billing purposes.
2.5 Usage Data. We automatically collect certain information about how you interact with the Service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the application. This data is used for security, analytics, and service improvement purposes.
2.6 Communications. If you contact us for support or other purposes, we may retain records of that correspondence.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send auto-reply SMS messages on your behalf to callers
- Personalise your auto-reply messages with your business information
- Send transactional emails such as account confirmations and billing receipts
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries
- Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve the Service
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraudulent activity
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
4. SMS Data and Third-Party Recipients
When you use the Service, auto-reply SMS messages are sent to the phone numbers of individuals who call your Bizzac number. These individuals' phone numbers are processed solely for the purpose of delivering the auto-reply message you have configured. We do not sell, rent, or share these phone numbers with any third party for marketing purposes.
All outbound SMS messages include an opt-out instruction ("Reply STOP to opt out"). When a recipient opts out, their number is flagged and no further messages will be sent to that number from your account. We retain opt-out records to ensure compliance with applicable telecommunications law.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including:
- Telephony provider — for phone number provisioning and SMS delivery
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and data storage
These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of providing their services to us. We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bizzac, our users, or others.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and activity data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or complying with tax obligations). Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and access controls limiting who can access your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete such information.
11. Changes to This Policy
